The hotel is located next to hiking trails, which is really nice. The staff were decent and excellent, day and night. They helped us arrange a shuttle to and from the airports. I had a good night's sleep in the queen room with a whirlpool.

The staff is very friendly and decent. The location in the Calabasas area is magnificent and lovely. It's a short walk to the AC Lounge and restaurants. The community is fantastic, and there are lots of bars and a nearby shopping mall at Calabasas Commons.

Hard to find without GPS. There are two Park Sorrento close by.

The location of this hotel is fabulous! It's in a quiet area right outside of LA, but still within walking distance of the Commons shopping center. We loved having restaurants, retail stores, a grocery store, and even a movie theater nearby. It was perfect for our stay and made it convenient to visit with family.

All was great, no improvements needed.
